Patricia has over twenty years of experience in the recruitment of finance and accounting leadership for technology companies nationally. Her practice is narrowly focused on searches to identify Chief Financial Officers, Heads of Finance and Chief Accounting Officers for companies in the technology sector.

Our clients range from emerging, venture backed entities looking to identify their first Head of Finance to mid-size companies looking to identify the right CFO to build and scale their financial functions and team in support of hyper organic growth, M&A activity and IPO. We also work extensively with complex multi-national companies looking to fill a leadership gap. All of our clients are technology companies, primarily in the software and consumer facing platforms.

Prior to founding RedFin Search, Patricia was Managing Director with CVPartners, where she founded and built the retained function from the ground up.

Patricia was previously a Principal with the Secura Burnett Company, where she worked broadly in the financial services sector for large commercial and retail banking where she focused in the space between technology and banking for companies like Accenture and fintech entities like Digital Insight. Her first days in retained search were spent as a Principal in the Financial Officers practice of Korn/Ferry International where she focused on Bay Area Technology clients.

Her foundation in search was developed at Romac International where she spent six years working on every functional role in the CFO organization for a multitude of technology companies in the Bay Area.
